Besotted Cottage is (finally) Moving!

We have a contract! What a whirlwind! After selling house, finding a new house, losing that house because the seller's decided not to sell, moving to NC, offering on one house, offering on a second house, and offering again on the first house, all to no avail (and while living with very kind and patient relatives), we found this beauty. Four bedrooms plus bonus, new kitchen, 2 1/2 baths (all with granite countertops, what?), and an unfinished walk-up attic (project!). 2.9 miles from said relatives, in the most gorgeous town EVER. It's still another month until we close but it feels like finally we can start the countdown.
