The kiddos have been sick this week and with all the vomit, I didn't think we needed to add pumpkin goop to the mix. This may be the first year in my life I have not carved a jack-o-lantern. Oh well. But here's a nice photo that captures true Austin life: green tomatoes on Halloween. I got nothing, NOTHING, from these plants all summer, but here it is, October 31st and these little guys are just starting out. Is that a trick or a treat?
That is so funny! Are there variations to the traditional thanksgiving meal there? More fresh veggie as opposed to the heavy starches?
